Presence through breath
for inner calm and tranquility

Breathe is a private, one-to-one coastal studio: a tranquil space to step away from the rush of everyday life and return to yourself. With the calming presence of the coast and a holistic approach combining movement, alignment, breath and stillness, your practice becomes a deeply personal experience. Whether you are the burned-out professional wanting to quieten the mind, a complete novice, or someone rebuilding confidence after a difficult chapter, if the thought of a group class fills you with dread, you are exactly who this space is for.

There is no performance here, no comparison, no pressure at all. Every session is bespoke, built entirely around you, your pace, your capabilities, your needs. The practice is mindful breathwork and yoga; the destination is simple: to return to yourself, a calmer you. When we breathe with full awareness, mind, body and soul unify. Everything else fades. The past is gone. The future is simply this moment, yet to be lived. What remains is the now, and that present moment, once found, is all we need.

Namaste,
May you always find your inner peace,

About me

My story

There was a time when my world revolved around reps, routines, and results. As a fitness instructor, I loved helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Every class was filled with energy, determination, and the satisfaction of reaching physical goals.

Over time, though, I began to notice that true wellbeing extends far beyond physical strength. Many of us arrive at a workout carrying stress, uncertainty, or simply the weight of a busy life. I found myself wanting to offer something that nurtured not only the body but also the mind and spirit.

That curiosity led me to yoga.

What started as a way to improve flexibility gradually became a journey inward. Yoga taught me the value of slowing down, listening, and being fully present. It showed me that strength can be quiet, balance can be found in stillness, and growth often happens when we stop striving and start breathing.

Some of my most meaningful moments have taken place by the water. Watching it move effortlessly around every obstacle has become a powerful reminder that life doesn't always require force. Sometimes, the greatest progress comes from learning to flow with change rather than resist it.

Teaching yoga here has transformed my understanding of what it means to guide others. Each session is an opportunity to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves, breathe deeply, and leave feeling lighter than when they arrived.

As I continue this journey, my hope is simple: to help others discover not just strength in their bodies, but calm in their minds, connection in their hearts, and the confidence to move through life with grace.

"Before our first step, there is breath. Before our first words, we breathe.

When our journey softly comes to rest, it is our breath that carries us home. Everything in between, every tender moment, every ache and every joy, every heartbeat, is held in the gentle rhythm of our breath. Remember to be here fully, breathe in deeply, let each breath remind you you are alive and deeply held in this moment.

Embrace it completely."

Yoga & Pranayama

Discover the Deeper Benefits of Yoga

Rooted in the ancient traditions of India, yoga is far more than a physical exercise; it is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, calms the mind and restores inner balance. Through mindful movement, traditional postures and pranayama, the practice of conscious breathing, each session gives you time to slow down, reconnect with yourself and leave the outside world behind.

Regular yoga can help improve strength, flexibility, balance, posture and mobility, while supporting relaxation, mental clarity and a calmer nervous system. With consistent practice, you may begin to feel the benefits not only during your session, but throughout everyday life, moving with greater ease, breathing more freely and feeling more centred within yourself.

Make yoga a regular part of your wellbeing and give yourself the time, space and care you truly deserve.

Traditional Yoga & Pranayama

Traditional yoga has its roots in ancient India, evolving over thousands of years as a holistic practice designed to unite body, mind and spirit. More than simply physical postures, yoga encompasses breath, meditation, self-awareness and mindful living.

Pranayama, the ancient yogic practice of conscious breath regulation, is an integral part of this tradition, using the breath as a bridge between the body and the mind. Through mindful movement and breath, yoga can help develop strength, flexibility, balance and vitality in the body, while calming the nervous system, easing mental tension and encouraging greater clarity and focus.

On a deeper level, it invites stillness, self-awareness and inner connection, nourishing what many traditions describe as the soul. Together, yoga and pranayama offer a beautiful pathway towards greater harmony, presence and wellbeing, from the physical body to the breath, mind and spirit.
